Mallory's first field trip

Mallory had her first field trip yesterday. We went to Green Meadows Petting Farm and had a great time. She was able to go in with the animals and she even milked a cow. We went on a hayride and picked pumpkins from the pumpkin patch. I enjoyed so much spending the day with my sweet little girl. It definitely drained her. Her teacher told me she fell asleep coming home on the bus.

Party Weekend

This past weekend the girls and I went to 2 parties. They were both very fun. The first one was for Ella and we went to see High School Musical 3. The girls really had a great time and the movie was also pretty good. Aubrey is convinced that there will be more to follow. I guess it will be the college years. After the movie we headed over to Hank's 1st birthday party. It was at their house and it was a Halloween carnival. There were games to play, a hide ride, bounce house, and all the kids dressed up in their costumes. It was also a very fun party.

As for Sunday, after church we went to Renee's and had a great lunch and then I took the girls to get their pictures made at JCPenney's. They turned out very cute.

Jason made it back from hunting, but did not bring a deer with him. He shoot one, but was unable to find it until it was too late.

Cheetah Night

The concert last night was great. The girls really had a fun time. It was so cute watching their reaction to seeing the "real" Cheetah Girls. I hope to post pictures if I can figure out how to do that. We got home way after their bedtime, but thankfully they got up this morning without any breakdowns.



This evening we are going to Tony, my nephew, football game. The girls love watching him play.

I did not win the blog makeover, but I have been playing with it so I hope everyone likes my new background.

He's Back

Jason is finally back home after 10 (yes, 10) weeks in San Antonio for K9 training and and we finally have another male living at the Byers home as our girls were pointing out to their daddy last night. But Jason still does not think it is too fair because the other male is a dog not human. I am just glad to have my hubby back home. I missed him very much!!!!!

I have to admit Dixon (the dog) is pretty dang cute!!! I am not really a "dog lover", but Dixon is growing on me. Saturday night we were sitting on the back porch and he kept his paw on my leg the entire time. I thought it was pretty sweet.

Tonight Aubrey, Mallory, Jordyn, Jessica, and I are going to the Cheetah Girl's concert in Dallas. I can't wait!!! I know the girls are going to love it!

We enjoyed three birthday parties this weekend one being for my cute little nephew, Logan. Happy 1st Birthday Tubby!!!!



Now we have 4 more parties to look forward to this weekend. Jason will be leaving for the deer lease, so it will just be the girls.
